DRKSHDW side of Rick Owens, and the main thing you notice right away is the zip run straight down the middle like a normal hoodie, it cuts across on an angle. So even zipped up all the way, the front looks a bit crooked, in a good way.

The Shape

Hood’s oversized, kind of hangs like a cowl when it’s not up. Shoulders sit low, past where your actual shoulders are, which is what gives it that baggy Rick Owens look. Back hem hangs lower than the front. Cuffs and bottom hem are both left raw instead of stitched clean that rougher, unfinished edge is a DRKSHDW thing.

Materials

• Thick cotton jersey, fleecy on the inside
• One pocket on the front, kangaroo-style
• Tiny DRKSHDW tab near the hip
• The zip itself starts at the bottom and goes all the way up into the hood

Sizing

Fits big, like most DRKSHDW pieces do. If you’re in between two sizes, go down a size. The drop-shoulder cut makes it easy to wear regardless of gender.

Styling It

Leave it unzipped and it’s basically a jacket you throw over a tee. Zip it up and pull the hood on, though, and that’s when the diagonal zip actually makes sense it covers differently than a regular hoodie would. Goes well with looser stuff cargos, wide Rick Owens Pants, anything drop-crotch.
