Base color’s a grey stonewash, but almost the whole leg is covered in this heavy shredding that hangs down in strands, kind of like fringe. It’s not flat torn denim, it actually moves, swings a bit when you walk, because the strips are loose and layered over each other.

The fit itself is pretty normal underneath all that slim in the hip and thigh, then flares out a little at the bottom so the shredded parts have room to hang instead of getting bunched up. Waist is a regular five-pocket setup, button fly, nothing crazy.

Denim’s heavyweight, feels solid, not flimsy despite all the tearing. DRKSHDW logo’s on Rich Owens piece stitched quietly on the back waistband, low-key like most of their stuff. With how much distressing is going on, I’d bet this was a limited drop or made-to-order rather than a regular stock item.
